Current Building Description
The ground floor roof has been extended out to the lot line for a garage door and a covered entrance, creating a second floor balcony. The balcony has a wrought iron balustrade as well as ornate wrought iron grills over the second floor windows. A small band course and dentil molding detail runs across the facade above the second floor. The windows are casement with simple surrounding details. The two center windows on the fourth floor have a stone balcony. The fifth floor is a mansard roof with three dormer windows.
