Current Building Description
This building is on the SW corner of East 64th Street and Lexington Ave., with it's residence entrance on East 64th. Both sides have matching amounts of ornamentation and details. The eleven-floor brick building is supported by a one-story limestone base. The second and third floors have limestone quoining which is imitated in brick for the remaining upper floors. A limestone band course runs across the top of the third floor as well as the tenth. Other details are wrought iron balconies and decorative entablatures over some windows on the second floor.
