Current Building Description
This very narrow brownstone has its entrance on the sunken first floor behind a wrought iron gate. The second floor has simple single pane windows in between pilasters that run up the facade from the ground floor. The third floor has a protruding bay window with three window units. The fourth floor windows have the characteristic surrounding details and the cornice appears to be characteristic of the original brownstone as well. Unfortunately air conditioning units have been cut through the facade.
Original Building Description
