Current Building Description
The rusticated stucco ground floor has a pedestrian entrance and a garage. The second floor is a wall of windows. The ground and second floor are extended to the lot line creating a balcony for the third floor with a wrought iron railing. The windows on the third and fourth floor are casement with simple block surrounds. A clay tile mini roof replaces a cornice.
