This five story row house has a sunken ground floor entrance. The second floor windows are larger 12 over 12 double hung with pediment lintels. The third and fourth floors have 9 over 9 double hung windows with the surrounding window details. The cornice is in good condition, and it appears the facade has been recently re-stuccoed.
