Current Building Description
The entrance of this five-story stucco rowhouse is on the ground floor with a band course between the first and second floors. The second floor has two large windows characteristic of altered brownstones with window  surrounds, sills, and lintels. The remaining floors have three windows per floor and do not retain any of the characteristic surrounding window details. The top mansard style floor has a dormer with three windows above a large cornice.  The facade of the building is very patchy in coloration indicating multiple improper repairs. The roof appears to be a terrace.
