Current Building Description
This is a brick building with a brownstone base. The 2nd-3rd floors may have been re-bricked and repointed. There is a single center bay window configuration. The brownstone arched opening on ground floor serves as a garage door and entrance. The second floor has a triple window with terra cotta trim. The third floor window has four panes under terra cotta arches with a dripstone above. Surrounding the windows are the same terra cotta detail. The brick and terra cotta of the fourth floor appears different than the 2nd-3rd floors and are better maintained. The fifth floor has a large glass window.
