Current Building Description
This large health care center has a three floor limestone base with carved detailing. The fourth floor is brick with limestone lintels. The windows on the 5th-14th floors have no ornamental details.  The remaining 10th-14th floors are set back creating terraces with a small cornice at the top of the 9th floor.
